How to get multi-user accounts of PUB HTML5 Platinum or Enterprise plan?

I learn that if I upgrade my account to Platinum or Enterprise version, I will be granted with 3 or 10 premium accounts that enjoy the features offered by Platinum or Enterprise version. However, after I upgraded my free version to Platinum version, I can use only my account as Platinum version, so how can I get the rest 2 Platinum accounts?

PUB HTML5 offers different plans for users to create HTML5 online digital publications. And according to the plan you choose, the access to features of PUB HTML5 varies. For example, only Platinum and Enterprise users are able to use Animation Editor and Page Editor to publish media-rich publications with interactive animation.

And as described in the website, Platinum and Enterprise plans provide multi-user account feature: 3 for Platinum and 10 for Enterprise. That means, once you upgrade your account to Platinum version, you will get a total of 3 Platinum accounts, including your current account. And this goes for Enterprise plan.

However, you have now only one account in hand. If you want to get the rest 2 Platinum accounts or the rest 9 Enterprise accounts, please follow belows:

Prepare another 2 or 9 emails and use these emails to sign up for new PUB HTML5 accounts.

After you create new accounts using these new emails, please contact us and notify us of this with your email list, and we will upgrade these new accounts to Platinum or Enterprise version.
