Import File
Login PUB HTML5 and click the "Import File" button to choose a file to import and convert.
Show the Table of Content Button
Find the "Custom Settings" and then search "table of content". Then show the Table of Content Button by clicking the "Show" tab. Do remember to click the "Apply Change" tab.
Select TOC
Click the "TOC" tab beside the "Custom Settings" and then you can add table of content below.
Add Table of Content
