Open Page Editor
Since you are familiar with PUB HTML5, you can import PDF by yourself. Then open Page Editor by click the Edit Pages button.
Arrange page by moving it up or down
When you enter Flip Page Editor interface, you will be surprise at its professional function. Look at the left side, on the top of your first page, there are two arrows which represent moving the page up or down. Select the page, and click one of them. You can arrange your flipbook in a new order.
Apply Change to preview
As long as you save and exit the Page Editor, click Apply Change to check whether the page order is what you want.
